These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of artwork and Limited Edition Fine Art Prints through lilyol.art (the "Site"), operated by Lilian Nira dos Anjos de Oliveira ("LilyOl", "we", "us"). By purchasing a piece through this Site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell two types of artwork:

• Originals — one-of-a-kind, hand-painted pieces.
• Limited Edition Fine Art Prints — issued in editions of 10, individually numbered. Once an edition is sold out, no further prints of that piece will be made.

Artwork is shipped unframed. If you would like a frame or other finishing, please get in touch and we'll provide a separate quote.

3. How to Purchase

This Site does not use a shopping cart. To purchase a piece, confirm your interest through the contact form or by email. Once confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link via Stripe or PayPal. The sale is finalized once payment is received.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (€). [VAT status to be confirmed]. Shipping costs are listed separately and are not included in the piece price.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are €12 within the EU and €15 outside the EU. Originals and prints are carefully packaged for transit. A tracking number is provided once your piece has shipped. Prints are made to order and typically ship within 5 working days; shipping time for originals will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the artwork and packaging, so we can assist you.

6. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you've indicated, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by email at contact@lilyol.art before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse the price paid, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the piece back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the piece, and for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the piece.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or customized pieces made to your specifications, as these are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

7. Copyright

Purchasing a piece transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright, reproduction rights, and all other intellectual property rights remain with Lilian Nira dos Anjos de Oliveira. Reproduction, publication, or commercial use of the artwork's image without prior written permission is not allowed. 8. Commissions

Commissioned pieces are developed individually based on details discussed and agreed with you before work begins. A clear brief and, where applicable, a deposit may be requested before starting. As noted above, commissioned pieces are not eligible for the right of withdrawal once work has begun.

9. Liability

We take care in describing and photographing each piece, but colors may vary slightly from the original artwork due to screen settings and lighting. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a piece, except where required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
